Yes, shipping is free on all US orders. Standard delivery takes 4–6 business days, and express products arrive in 2–4 business days. We ship via DHL, FedEx, or USPS with full tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched — or you can check your shipment status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

We recommend measuring your chest in inches and matching it against our Size Guide — we provide exact chest measurements so you can shop by body measurement rather than guessing by label. We offer free returns for all US customers. If your jacket is not the right fit, initiate your return within 30 days of delivery through our Return & Exchange page — we provide a prepaid return shipping label so the process is completely free. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached. Once your return passes inspection, your exchange ships immediately.

Leather care varies by US region. In dry climates like the Southwest — Arizona, Nevada, Southern California — apply a quality leather conditioner every 4–6 months to prevent the hide from drying and cracking. In wetter regions like the Pacific Northwest or the Northeast, use a water-repellent leather spray and always air-dry naturally after rain — never near a heater or radiator.
